The Net Zero Banking Alliance, established under the UNEP FI (United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative), is a coalition of global banks committed to achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 or sooner across their lending and investment portfolios.
To become a member, banks must commit to:

Five-Year Milestones
Establish interim targets every five years thereafter
